In Greene County district court James Kenneth Harris, 36, of Woodward was sentenced to 20 days in jail after he changed his plea to guilty to a charge of driving while license barred. He was fined $625 with a $93.75 surcharge; the fine and surcharge were suspended. He must pay an amount not to exceed $600 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees and $140.50 court costs. George Joseph Glasgow, 51, of Jefferson was sentenced to 15 years in prison after he changed his plea to guilty to a charge of possession of methamphetamine- third or subsequent offense. The prison term was suspended and he was p[laced on probation to the Iowa Department of Corrections for three years. Glasgow must pay $600 restitution for court appointed attorney’s fees and $100 court costs. A companion charge in magistrate court of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed without court costs. (Sentencing: McCarville)
David Wayne Lansman, 54, of Grand Junction was sentenced to 30 days in jail after he pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, amended from assault causing bodily injury or mental illness. The jail term was suspended and he was placed on self-probation for one year. Lansman was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. He must pay $500 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees and $100 court costs. (Sentencing: McCarville)
Darren Scott Lehrkamp, 30, of Scranton was sentenced to five years in prison after he changed his plea to guilty to a charge of intimidation with a dangerous weapon. He was fined $1,025 with a $153.75 surcharge; both were suspended. Charges of going armed with intent and criminal mischief- third degree were dismissed. Lehrkamp was sentenced to 30 days in jail In a separate case in magistrate court in which he was charged with assault. The jail term is concurrent to the prison sentence. Lehrkamp was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge; both were suspended. Also as part of a plea agreement, a charge against Lehrkamp of theft- fifth degree was dismissed with no court costs. Jessica Nicole Baxter, 36, of Carroll was sentenced March 15 to two years in prison after she changed her plea to guilty to a charge of fraudulent practice- third degree. The prison term was suspended and she was placed on probation to Boone/Greene County Probation for one year. She was fined $855 with a $128.25 surcharge. She must pay an amount not to exceed $600 restitution for her court appointed attorney’s fees. Court costs were $172.18. A charge of gambling- avoid setoff was dismissed. (Sentencing: McCarville)
A charge of possession of marijuana against Limeydnairem Yasira Garcia Pagan, 20, of Grand Junction was amended to possession of drug paraphernalia. A judgment was entered for a $430 fine with a $64.50 surcharge. Court costs were $136.50. (Sentencing: McCarville)

Trial dates were set for May 9 in every case.
